About the Organization
St. Luke Christian Child Development Center provides curricular, instructional, and character standards-based education in a loving, Christ centered setting. The school supports the growth and development of each individual child in a group-care setting. Care for children begins at 18 months of age and builds knowledge through Kindergarten. Classes are small and provide that special attention your child deserves.
The St. Luke Christian Child Development Center is a ministry of St. Luke United Methodist Church. As an outreach to the community, it is designed to provide young children with Christ centered learning experiences that promote good self-image and self-acceptance.
In 1953, the faithful congregation of St. Luke United Methodist Church had a strong desire to start a school. In the Methodist tradition of performing Kind Acts, the CCDC participates in the St. Jude Trike-A-Thon, raising money for child cancer research, annually honors Military Active and Veteran Service members through song, prayer, and reception and performs Christmas Carols to home-bound community members.
