We help children in foster care by training quality families in and around San Angelo to open their home to a child. Our foster parents are amazing and we are so thankful for them! We are raising funds to continue helping children who have been removed from their home because of abuse or neglect.

Mission
For almost 50 years, New Horizons has been providing a home and therapeutic services to children who suffer from emotional, behavioral, and attachment trauma due to physical and sexual abuse. We offer residential treatment centers, foster care, adoption, and free youth and family counseling. Our mission is to provide an environment where children, families and staff are able to heal and grow through caring relationships, unconditional love and acceptance.
