In order for donations to be eligible for a prize, donations must be made online. Our staff is unable to immediately process any offline gifts, so walking a check in during a prize window is not eligible for the prize.

In the event any prize is not awarded, the value of the prize will be added to the amplification fund.

*Unduplicated - Defined as 1 donor making a gift to 1 organization. Multiple donations from 1 donor to the same organization during a prize time counts as 1 donor.

Organizations Size: At registration, organizations were required to provide operational budget. Prizes based on organization size are defined as:

Small - Less Than $100,000
Medium - $100,001 - $499,000
Large - $500, 000 - Above

Prizes awarded dependent on a "received time-stamp" shall be determined by the time in which the transaction was processed and received through the Foundation's transaction processor, which may vary slightly from time indicated on a donor acknowledgment. Advanced gifts will be processed on the day the gift is made and are eligible for amplification.
