The Wall Education Foundation exists to enhance the educational experience for every student and educator in Wall ISD, because we believe our teachers deserve to dream big, and our students deserve every opportunity to succeed.
Thanks to the generosity of our community, we award approximately $17,000 in scholarships each year to graduating seniors. But our mission goes far beyond scholarships. We are working every day to bring innovative ideas to life in our classrooms, support our educators, and create opportunities that reach every student on every campus.
In 2024 we were just getting started with our mission and raised $12,900 during San Angelo Gives, and awarded $4,000 in grants to deserving educators in Wall ISD. In Fall 2025, hoped to gain momentum in our second year of fundraising and raised $23,000 from our donors. That Fall we received 23 grant applications filled with creative, inspiring, and forward-thinking ideas, proof that our teachers are passionate about going above and beyond for their students. Because of the incredible support from San Angelo Gives, we were able to say YES—funding $21,000 in projects across every campus and turning those ideas into reality.
What started just a few years ago has grown into something truly special: a foundation where educators feel empowered to imagine more, students are given opportunities beyond the classroom, and our community comes together to invest in the future.

Mission
The Wall Education Foundation is organized exclusively for the purpose of enhancing the education experience for students and staff of Wall ISD.
Needs
The Wall Education Foundation relies entirely on one opportunity each year, San Angelo Gives—to fund the dreams, ideas, and innovations of our teachers and students.
Every Fall, educators across all Wall ISD campuses submit grant applications filled with creative, impactful ways to enhance learning. These are not extras, they are opportunities that bring lessons to life, reach more students, and create experiences that go far beyond the classroom. Our funding determines how many of these ideas we can say yes to.
In our very first grant cycle in 2024, we awarded $4,000 in funding. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, that number grew to over $21,000 in 2025—allowing us to expand our impact and support every campus in meaningful ways.
But the need continues to grow.
With each passing year, more teachers are dreaming bigger, reaching more students, and asking for innovative tools and experiences to elevate education in Wall ISD. As a foundation funded solely through San Angelo Gives, what we raise in this single day directly determines what we can provide for an entire year.
