Recovery & Revival Connection exists to meet people where they are—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—and walk with them toward lasting transformation.
We serve the unhoused community and individuals battling addiction in San Angelo through consistent outreach, authentic relationships, and access to real resources that create a pathway off the street and into a renewed life.
Our work is built on two core initiatives:
Plates of Hope – a monthly mobile outreach where our teams prepare and deliver 120–150 meals directly into the streets, connecting with individuals in their environment. More than just food, this is where trust is built. Through conversation, prayer, and consistency, we create relationships that open the door for life change when someone is ready.
The R.R.O.C. (Recovery & Revival Outdoor Church) – a monthly outdoor church service designed specifically for those who may never step into a traditional church. Held in a welcoming, judgment-free environment, The R.R.O.C. provides worship, a message of hope, and essential resources like meals, clothing, and hygiene supplies—meeting both spiritual and physical needs in one place.
What makes RRC unique is that many of our leaders and volunteers have walked the very paths we’re reaching into. We understand the struggle because we’ve lived it. That lived experience allows us to connect on a deeper level and guide others toward real, sustainable change.
Beyond outreach, we are actively building pathways for transformation by connecting individuals to trusted local resources—and launching a sober living environment to support those ready to take the next step.
Our mission is simple:
To expand the Kingdom of Heaven by reaching the overlooked, restoring dignity, and helping people step into a new life.
When you support RRC, you’re not just giving—you’re helping someone be seen, known, and given a real opportunity to change their life.
Since inception on September 9th, 2024, our organization has gotten 8 people off the street and started on their journey to recovery. We have baptized 4 new-found Christians. We have handed out over 6,500 meals to the homeless and financially disinclined individuals.
United by faith and compassion, our non-profit envisions a world where addiction is conquered and every soul finds salvation. Our mission is to offer support and resources, ensuring that individuals can navigate life's complexities with resilience and find a path to a more hopeful and fulfilling future. Our goal is to provide a new design for living, offering a path to both earthly recovery and eternal salvation through Jesus Christ. We strive to empower individuals in need, fostering a transformative journey towards a renewed and purposeful life. Together we create a future where love and understanding bridge the gap between recovery and revival.
**Our Current Need: Building “The RRC Ranch” – A Pathway to Lasting Change**
One of the most important steps in true recovery is having a safe, stable place to land—and that’s exactly what we’re building.
We’re excited to share that we have officially acquired property for our new sober living facility, **The Ranch**. This space will include a home already on-site, along with a donated doublewide that we are preparing to add to the property. Our goal is to have The Ranch fully operational and ready to receive residents by **the end of Summer 2026**.
**Every dollar raised through San Angelo Gives this year will go directly toward:**
* Remodeling and preparing the existing home
* Setting up and installing the doublewide
* Furnishing the property to create a safe, welcoming environment
* Building out the infrastructure needed to support long-term recovery
We believe in full transparency—when you give, you’re helping us build a tangible, life-changing space where individuals can step off the street and into a new beginning.
**And support doesn’t have to be financial.**
We are actively looking for:
* Furniture (beds, couches, tables, dressers, etc.)
* Appliances and household essentials
* Skilled labor (construction, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
* Volunteers willing to help with setup, cleanup, and ongoing needs
If you feel called to give your time, resources, or skills, we would love to connect with you.
The RRC Ranch isn’t just a property—it’s a bridge between where someone is and where they’re called to be. And with your help, we’re building that bridge right here in San Angelo.
