The Angelo State University Mayer Museum enhances the educational experience of our students while also engaging our community by interpreting and exhibiting historic, cultural and natural materials that relate to the history and various cultures of the Concho Valley, Texas and beyond.

The ASU Mayer Museum is a 32,000-square-foot science and culture museum that immerses visitors in the history and wonders of the Concho Valley. From giant dinosaurs to the Permian Basin's rich history, the museum features both permanent and traveling exhibits that highlight the region's significance.

With exhibits and programs for all ages, the museum offers something for everyone. It serves as an important educational resource, engaging the community with the region's unique history.
