Concho Valley Homeless Coalition

To facilitate understanding of services provided by our members who work to support the homeless population in the Concho Valley area

The Concho Valley Homeless Planning Coalition works with multiple organizations to address the needs of the homeless in our community. We work with others to do the Point In Time survey to help get an accurate number for our community and help others organize outreach programs. Our largest program is Project ID, we will pay for homeless to get their birth certificate and ID's so they can start accessing programs and get back on their feet.
