Pregnancy Help Center of Concho Valley started administering free STD/STI testing and limited treatment in 2020. Since then, we have seen the need in our community for a FREE STD/STI testing and treatment center. We are opening a full-fledged FREE STD/STI testing and treatment center to benefit the community and address this public health issue. The facility will be located at 2010 Pecos Street. We are currently making updates to the building before we open.
We offer the following STD/ STI tests; Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Syphilis, Hep C, and Trichomoniasis. We provide treatment for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia. All other treatments will be referred for further care. We also test for the Rh factor in first time pregnant women.
