Early-Redwine Child Care Center

To provide high quality and developmentally appropriate childcare with focus on the individual child's age and ability to stimulate social, cognitive, physical and emotional growth. To provide a safe, nurturing and recreational environment. Our vision is to help children prepare for a lifelong love of learning by providing each child a quality early childcare and educational experience. We will provide culturally and linguistically diverse learners with equitable access to learning.

Early-Redwine Child Care Center operations were taken over by the Institute of Cognitive Development, Inc. (the umbrella organization over the Family Shelter) in February 2020. The name recognizes the two men responsible for the initial and continued operations of the program:

Bruce Redwine and Tom Early

The Institute of Cognitive Development, Inc. (ICD) is a local non-profit organization which has operated since 1977. The agency provides residential services to individuals with intellectual disabilities (Stone Bridge) and operates the FAMILY SHELTER for victims of domestic violence. ICD is proud to assume the childcare center and provide quality services to your child/children.
