Water for All International

Water for All International exists to make Jesus known in word and deed by empowering communities with sustainable access to clean water. Through hands-on training and local partnerships, we help families drill their own wells—enabling better farming, improved health, and increased household income. We are headquartered locally in San Angelo with a training farm in Paint Rock, but the majority of our work is done overseas in developing countries. Our missionaries live long-term in rural villages and strive to become friends and neighbors with the people of that area. They build relationships and live in community. We primarily drill low-cost low-tech water wells for rural families, but we also train those same families to help their neighbors drill wells. Our technology and approach are both simple, but require time and considerable effort. We form local cooperatives and train families to drill. WE work alongside those families until they are proficient in drilling and then we loan them the rig, tools, and materials and allow them to continue drilling the remaining wells while we move on and train another group. This process allows us to multiply our efforts and drill more wells. To date our teams have drilled over 7000 water wells around the globe. Our missionary training farm in Paint Rock, Texas where we train organizations, churches, missionaries, and foreign nationals to drill using our technology. The training farm has allowed us to expand into 29 countries. We currently have on-going staffed programs in Bolivia, Ethiopia, Uganda, and Tanzania., and will be launching a new program in Central or South America early 2027. In addition to well drilling and training, our missionaries are often involved in agriculture and teaching, education, and small business development - all to empower and assist their neighbors to come out of poverty.
