WWII Veterans Memorial

Promote recognition, and acknowledge contributions made by men and women from San Angelo and the surrounding area who served any branch of the United States of America Armed Forces (ie., Veterans) of World War II, through the creation of a memorial and statuary in their honor that will list every name on the memorial along the banks of the Concho River in downtown San Angelo.

Many wonderful men and women in and around our community have served in the United States Armed Forces, and through passionate community supporters, we are excited to bring the first WWII memorial to San Angelo. Funds raised will help pay tribute to those who served in WWII, who have either moved here or have called the Concho Valley home.
