To open doors to people of diverse backgrounds, ages, and needs; to engage the community in lifelong learning experiences through equal access to information and technology; and to provide friendly and welcoming spaces for the community to gather and connect.

The Association is a non-profit corporation formed for the purpose of providing financial assistance to McCulloch County Library.
