GAAR’s vision is to have 20 micro houses, each with ac/heat and a turfed/fenced outside area. These would be set in groups of 5 on each side of a football size community turfed play area. All houses would connect to the community play area which would allow potential adopters to view the animals in an outdoor setting to find their dream pet. GAAR would have an office, and a grooming/vet area. GAAR would continue to help people in need with pet food, vet bills and spay/neuter and other medical issues.
