Fresh Start of San Angelo

At Fresh Start of San Angelo, our mission is to empower individuals with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities through compassionate, structured day habilitation services that promote dignity, independence, and self-awareness.

We proudly serve 70–80 individuals each day, providing a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where participants can build meaningful relationships and develop essential life skills. Our daily programming includes exercise, computer learning, social engagement, and targeted instruction in money management, hygiene, communication, and independent living skills.

Through these services, we are committed to helping each individual grow in confidence, achieve greater self-sufficiency, and become active, valued members of our community. At Fresh Start, we believe every person deserves respect, opportunity, and a true sense of belonging.
