Our Mission

The mission of Echoes of Eden Care Farm is to provide a safe, restorative environment for individuals impacted by trauma and adversity through hands-on connection with animals, nature, and sustainable agriculture. Our vision is to cultivate a place where healing is accessible, dignity is restored, and individuals and families can reconnect with themselves, with others, and with the natural world.

About Us

Echoes of Eden Care Farm is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit therapeutic care farm serving the Concho Valley. We offer a unique, trauma-informed environment where children, families, and individuals can experience emotional healing through meaningful interaction with animals, open outdoor spaces, and hands-on farm experiences. In a world where many carry unseen burdens, the farm provides a quiet, grounded space where walls come down, nervous systems settle, and connection begins again.

Our Programs

Our programs are intentionally designed to meet people where they are. Through guided interactions with horses and farm animals, nature-based play, educational opportunities, and community-centered gatherings, we create space for both structured support and simple presence. We serve a wide range of individuals, including children, families, and those navigating the lasting effects of trauma, stress, and life disruptions. At the same time, we remain deeply committed to being a welcoming place for the broader community— where families can gather, children can explore, and relationships can grow naturally.

As a young and growing organization, Echoes of Eden Care Farm is actively building both its programs and its physical infrastructure to meet increasing community need. Demand for services continues to grow as more families seek safe, outdoor, relationship-based environments for their children and themselves.

In the past year, we have:

• Provided safe, supportive farm experiences for children and families across the Concho Valley
• Expanded access to low-cost and community-based farm visits and gatherings
• Begun developing structured, trauma-informed programming rooted in evidence-based practices and experiential learning
• Built partnerships with local professionals and community members who share a heart for healing-centered work

Funds raised through San Angelo Gives will directly support:

• Daily care and feeding of our animals, who play a central role in the healing process
• Expansion of safe fencing, shelters, and essential farm infrastructure
• Development and accessibility of trauma-informed programs and community events
• Operational sustainability, allowing us to continue offering services to families regardless of financial barriers

Every dollar given helps create and sustain a space where healing can happen quietly, naturally, and without pressure.
