The CVTA helps to maintain and further the growth of tennis facilities and tennis programming in the Concho Valley while also growing the knowledge base of those that play tennis or want to play tennis. We cater to the everyday tennis player to the seasonal tennis player to the armchair player that thinks "Hey, that looks cool!". Clinics and leagues are held throughout the year.
Our board of volunteers have made a committed effort to help bring the tennis game to all and share their love of tennis. Our board consists of avid social/league players, along with coaches and pros that love this lifelong activity and want everyone to enjoy it as well.
In the last year, we have looked to provide monetary help to area school tennis programs through grant applications and fundraising along with looking for ways to better facilities and enhance public playing opportunities. Our monthly youth Tennis Academy provides for all levels of play, a chance to grow in the game and take their game to the next level. As the sport continues to grow in our community, we want to be able to be a guiding light to all those that want to play and showing them the right direction to steer the play of tennis.
