🏠 Facility Acquisition / Lease Deposit – $3,500 (35%)
Covers deposit and initial lease costs for securing a safe, accessible building for Victory House.
🔨 Renovation & Space Preparation – $2,500 (25%)
Painting, minor repairs, ADA accessibility updates, safety improvements, and preparing the space for occupancy.
🪑 Furniture & Equipment – $1,500 (15%)
Chairs, tables, activity materials, office furniture, storage, and basic care center setup needs.
🚐 Transportation Support Setup – $1,000 (10%)
Initial costs toward transportation access for seniors and adults (fuel, coordination setup, outreach, and transport readiness).
📦 Program Startup Supplies – $1,000 (10%)
Activities, wellness supplies, engagement materials, intake forms, and daily living support tools.
📣 Outreach & Launch Marketing – $500 (5%)
Flyers, printing, community outreach, and awareness campaigns to help connect families to services.
Victory House Adult Center of Excellence is working to open a safe, supportive adult day center in San Angelo for seniors, adults with disabilities, and veterans.
Right now, many families in our community are struggling to find reliable daytime care, support, and relief. Too many individuals are experiencing isolation, and too many caregivers are carrying the weight alone.
