Open Arms Advocacy Center

Our mission is to create social change within the Concho Valley by providing prevention, education, advocacy, and a safe place to foster healing for survivors of sexual violence.

Open Arms works with those who have been affected by sexual violence by providing a 24-hour hotline, 24-hour hospital accompaniment, peer support, crisis intervention, advocacy, counseling, law enforcement and court accompaniment, individual and group support, and resource & referral information. All services are FREE and can be accessed any time after sexual violence occurs for as long as needed. Services are also available for loved ones of victims as they help provide support for healing. Reporting to law enforcement is not necessary to access services.

Open Arms serves victims in the following counties: Coke, Concho, Crockett, Irion, Kimble, Reagan, Runnels, Schleicher, Sterling, Sutton, and Tom Green.

Experiencing sexual violence can be life-changing, and our goal is to support victims as they stabilize their lives and heal.
